Deposit and Payment:

The full amount is due at the time of booking. We accept [list accepted forms of payment e.g., credit cards, online payment platforms].


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are refundable if made up to 7 days before the check-in date. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the check-in date, the amount is non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable rate, there will be no refund regardless of when the booking is cancelled.


Check-In/Check-Out: We operate a self-check-in facility. Room access details will be sent on day of arrival at 2pm. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and at the discretion of management.


Children and Additional Guests: Children over 12 years of age are considered adults for booking purposes. One child under 12 may stay free of charge in a room shared with two adults.


Accessibility: Our lower level is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a disability-accessible toilet. Please note that all of our guest rooms are located on upper levels accessible only by stairs.


Parking Complimentary: Parking is available for free on a one-car-per-room basis. Motorbike parking is free, with covers provided upon request. The hotel is not liable for any damage to, or theft of, vehicles or their contents while on the premises.


Hotel Events:We occasionally host events that may affect your stay. We will make every effort to inform guests of these events in advance.


Complaints and Dispute Resolution: Complaints should be directed to hotel management, who will log and address them in a timely manner.


Personal Information:We adhere to the UK GDPR framework in handling your personal information with the utmost care and privacy.


Liability:The hotel is not liable for the loss of guest belongings or for any accidents occurring on the premises.


Force Majeure:In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, affecting operations, we will endeavour to assist guests but will not be held financially liable.


Third Party Rights:For bookings made through third-party platforms, the respective platform’s policies will apply in addition to our hotel’s policies.


Waiver:By accepting these terms and conditions, you waive any right to hold the hotel liable for any loss or damage for which we are not legally responsible.


Severance:If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
